Each May, the general membership elects constitutional officers. The slate of officers includes:
Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Two Directors (2-year terms), Past Chairman
The Chairman also appoints committees when needed to support the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Examples are: Contest Committee Chairman, Banquet Committee Chairman Newsletter Editor, Membership Coordinator, Newsletter Publisher and the Awards Manager
